Carlos A. Ramirez Specializes in Personal Injury, Workers Compensation and 2010 BP Oil Spill Claims
Carlos A. Ramirez is a resident of New Orleans, Louisiana. He was born in Managua, Nicaragua and is fluent in English and Spanish. Carlos graduated Cum Laude from Our Lady of Holy Cross College in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Marketing. Prior to earning his law degree, Carlos gained business and management experience working in management positions in the New Orleans area.
Carlos earned his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi. During law school, he was the lead for many Pro Bono projects and supervised other law clerks while working for the Mississippi Volunteers Lawyers Project. Carlos became a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association in March 2008. In addition, Carlos is also an Executive Committee member of the A.P. Tureaud Inns of Court, member of the American Bar Association, Alumni of Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity and is an Alumni of Delta Sigma Pi fraternity for business professionals.
Carlos’ area of focus is Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation and is currently one of the lead attorneys handling claims pertaining to the cleanup workers of the 2010 BP Oil Spill. Carlos is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Louisiana.
